What's the difference between Public, Free and Pro?

Public is the site without an account: the full directory and every public profile, free and cited. A Free account adds the workspace: panels, contact details, and five profile reveals a month. Pro (coming soon) adds more reveals, enrichment requests, and agentic Q&A across your panels, per the table above.

What is a reveal, and do reveals expire?

A reveal permanently unlocks one KOL's full record: every trial, payment, grant and publication, plus their findmyKOL type. Once revealed, a profile stays open forever. The monthly allowance resets at the start of each month and unused reveals don't roll over.

What do Basic and Enriched profiles mean?

They describe how much verified, multi-source depth our record carries, never a judgment of the person. Basic profiles hold the deterministic federal facts; Enriched profiles add the agent-gathered layers: itemized records, roles, media and online presence. Pro accounts can request enrichment of a Basic profile.

What are findmyKOL types?

Elite, National or Regional: our influence ranking of the expert across the whole directory, shown when you reveal a full profile. It's an interpretation, so it lives behind your account and never appears on a public page as fact.

Why do I need a work email?

The workspace is built for professionals, and a work email keeps the directory that way. Consumer domains (gmail.com, outlook.com and similar) aren't accepted at signup; company and institutional addresses of any size are.

Is my workspace private?

Yes. Your panels, saved KOLs, reveals and activity are visible only to you, and the people you save are never notified. Details in our privacy policy.

Where does the profile data come from?

Public sources: federal registries (NPPES, ClinicalTrials.gov, CMS Open Payments, NIH RePORTER, PubMed) plus ORCID and OpenAlex, enriched from the open web by our AI agents. Every number is cited to its source. Read the methodology →

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Any time, from Workspace → Settings → Delete account. It removes your account and workspace data. There's nothing to cancel on Free: it costs nothing.
